with the 'Real Decreto 994/1999' of the 11th of June, relating

put in place all technical means within its power to avoid the loss,
misuse, alteration, theft of and unauthorised access to the data
proffered by the user through the website, whilst recognising the
need to inform the user that Internet security measures are not impregnable.
In accordance with applicable legislation, ASEMAR.COM commits itself to honour the duty of secrecy and confidentiality in respect
